Social Media Product Specialist

The Role:

As a Social Media Product Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our product- and support team. Your expertise from social media will be vital in guiding our clients to success using Ad Layers social media products to create value as well as creating taking part in creating a road map for future product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Ad Layer’s social media product portfolio, providing insights and guidance internally and to our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to offer strategic advice on social media product utilization.
  • Work closely with the development team and Product Manager to ensure our products meet and exceed the market demands and standards.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, understanding their needs and guiding them in maximizing the benefits of our products.
  • Create and update user guides, video tutorials, and articles for our Support Portal, making complex information accessible and understandable.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring they fully grasp the capabilities and advantages of our social media products.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to keeping our Support Portal current with the latest product information and solutions.


Who We’re Looking For:

 You’re a perfect match if you’re driven, curious, and thrive in a tech environment. Your skills include:


  • At least 2 years of buying experience in social media, including platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.


It’s a Plus if You Have:

  • Experience in digital ad services (Adtech, Campaign Manager, Adform, Smartly, etc.)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Skills in Graphic Design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
